Machine
How a free office coffee machine actually works
A free office coffee machine sounds like a catch. It is not a gift with no strings. It is a short trade, and the terms are the ones on our site.
Arico puts a Saeco Royal Plus in. We service it. We pick up the phone when it misbehaves. You order beans from us each month. While that order keeps coming, the machine, the servicing, and the tech support cost you nothing.
That is the offer for an office kitchen, a warehouse tea room, or a small business that is tired of people buying their own coffee every day.
What arrives
An automatic bean-to-cup machine. Whole beans go in the hopper. You press a button. It grinds per cup and pours. No barista, no portafilter, no training session.
Fresh Arabica is delivered to the door each month. Extra kilograms are on the shop if a busy week empties the hopper early.
That is the kit. We do not supply milk, cups, or a fit-out.
What you pay
The machine line is $0. The coffee is not. Freshly roasted café-quality Arabica starts from as little as 40 cents a cup. That is a starting price, not a figure we can lock for every site.
How much you spend in a month depends on how many people are on site and how often they press the button. An office of twenty, two cups a day, is a working example, not a package. Brian works your number on the call.
What happens if you stop ordering
The offer runs for as long as the monthly bean order runs. Stop ordering and the arrangement stops. We are not giving the machine away to sit unused.
That is also why we deliver monthly: you order what you drink in a month, not a quarter's worth sitting in a cupboard.
What a normal week looks like
Someone fills the hopper. People press a button. Grounds get emptied when the drawer needs it. If the tank is not plumbed, it gets filled the way the kettle used to. There is no roster and no "coffee person" job.
If a week is busy, order extra kilograms from the shop. If a week is quiet, do not skip the monthly order to "use up stock" unless you already over-ordered.
Who it suits
Offices, warehouses, and small businesses that want a decent cup on site instead of a tin, a pod drawer, or a walk to the café. A tea room with power and a bench is enough to start the conversation.
It does not suit a site that wants a traditional espresso machine and a staff member to run it. It does not suit a floor with no bench and no power. One call is enough to tell.
How the call works
There is no quote form and no sequence of emails. You leave a name, a number, a postcode, and a rough headcount. Brian rings you, usually within a day. Or you ring 0423 980 500.
If it suits, we install. If it does not, you have lost a short call and you still know what the floor is spending on coffee.
