Coffee machines for a car dealership
A car dealership pours coffee for two groups. Customers waiting on a sale or a service, and the people on the floor and in the workshop. They drink in different rooms, on different clocks.
A machine that suits a dealership has to work for both without anyone being assigned to it.
The customer lounge
A customer waiting on a service is on the premises for a while. So is someone sitting across a desk while the paperwork is drawn up. Offering a drink is normal. Making it should not pull a salesperson or a service advisor away from the customer.
An automatic bean-to-cup machine lets a customer press a button and take a cup. Arico installs a Saeco Royal Plus: whole beans in a hopper, a grind for each cup, no trained operator. Coffee machines for a waiting room covers the visitor side in more detail.
The workshop and the back office
Technicians and parts staff drink on breaks, often in a lunch room away from the showroom. Their coffee is usually instant or a run to the nearest café. Coffee machines for a warehouse or workshop is that room on its own.
Whether one machine covers both rooms depends on the layout and how far apart they are. Say so on the call. We do not set a rule for it here.
Who looks after it
Someone at reception or in service empties the grounds, keeps water in the tank, and fills the hopper. That is the daily job. When the machine stops for any other reason, servicing and tech support are ours, at $0 while you order beans each month.
Who services the machine sets out what that covers. It does not promise a response time.
Sizing the bean order
Count the people on site, then add a rough number of customer cups. A busy Saturday drinks differently from a quiet Tuesday, so think in a month, not a day.
A working example, not an Arico specification: 15 people at 2 cups a day plus 20 customer cups a day, about 7 grams a cup, 24 trading days. That is about 8.4 kilograms, so plan around 9. The first month corrects the guess.
What the dealership needs
Power, water, and a bench in each room the machine goes into. We put the machine in. We do not supply milk or cups, and we do not fit out the lounge. The coffee is from as little as 40 cents a cup, delivered monthly.
We install in Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane. The postcode on the call confirms the site.
Decide where the first cup is poured
Pick the room that matters most: the customer lounge or the lunch room. Put the bench, the power point, and the water next to it. Size the order from that room, and add the other one once the first month shows what people actually drink.
Questions
Can a customer use the machine themselves?
Yes. The Saeco Royal Plus is automatic bean-to-cup. A customer presses a button and the machine grinds and pours. Nobody on the floor has to make the drink.
Does a dealership pay for the coffee machine?
No. The machine, servicing, and tech support are $0 while you order beans from Arico each month. You pay for the coffee, from as little as 40 cents a cup. Stop ordering and the arrangement stops.
