Coffee machine hire and rental for offices

Coffee machine hire and coffee machine rental are the same quote in two words. A supplier puts a machine on site, you pay rent on it each month, and the coffee is usually a second line. Office coffee machine rental and commercial coffee machine hire are that quote with a workplace in the name.

Arico does not rent the Saeco Royal Plus out as a line on its own. We install it, we service it, and the machine stays at $0 while you order beans each month. You pay for the coffee, from as little as 40 cents a cup. Stop ordering and the arrangement stops. You do not own the machine. You also do not own the repair.

What a hire or rental quote usually contains

A term. A monthly hardware figure, whether the office drank or not. Sometimes service inside the term, sometimes a call-out on top. Sometimes beans or pods you have to buy from that supplier. Sometimes a fee if the site moves before the term ends.

We cannot summarise a contract we did not write. Read the one in front of you, then compare it with a plan that has no rental line while the beans keep coming. Hire versus a free machine sets the two invoices side by side.

Renting a coffee machine for an office

An office rents a machine for three reasons: nobody wants to buy one, nobody wants to fix one, and the café run has become a line in the budget. A free machine on a bean order answers the first two the same way rental does. The difference is the monthly bill. Rental charges for the box. Our arrangement charges for the coffee.

What goes in is an automatic bean-to-cup machine, the Saeco Royal Plus. Whole beans, a grind per cup, a button. Servicing and tech support sit at $0 with the monthly order. We do not publish a same-day promise here. Ask on the call.

It suits an office, a warehouse tea room, a workshop, a small business, and a café that wants a button drink. A traditional group head with a barista is a different rental, from a different supplier. If that is the quote you are holding, say so. We still want the call.

Hire in Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane

We install in all three cities, and the postcode on the call confirms the site. Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane each have their own page. The machine and the terms do not change between them.

We do not service Australia-wide. Outside those three cities, a local hire company is the better call.

Rental, lease, and rent-to-own

A lease is finance over a fixed term. Rent-to-own ends with you owning the machine and its repairs. Rental bills the box for as long as it sits there. Arico is none of the three.
